Build

You come to us with an idea and we will bring it to reality.  From concept to occupancy, The JMA Group will handle all of your project needs. That is why the words Design-Build-Manage are listed prominently below our name.

Once we have completed the design & construction documents, the “Build” part of our name comes into play. We will take the construction documents and bid them out to a number of our pre-qualified sub-contractors.  (All of our contractors are required to complete a Qualifications Statement which discloses their past experience, financial solvency, and ability to complete the project out for bid.)

Once bids are reviewed, contracts are awarded, and construction begins we are on to the next step in making your ideas a reality!
